The Problem

It is not always appreciated that a doctor must be a businessman as well as a physician in order to succeed in private practice. When Dr. Aaron Hartman signed on as Junior Partner with Family Practice Associates in Midlothian, VA, he was responsible for building his own base of patients. Therefore, his income was directly dependent on how quickly and successfully he could obtain (and maintain) the number of patients per physician necessary for the practice to remain profitable.

The Solution

Dr. Hartman hired His&HerANDERSON to design marketing materials distributed in his community (flyers, banners, signs & local athletics sponsorships), as well as a web presence to direct people. By developing a website and print collateral for Family Practice Associates, which prominently featured Dr. Hartman, we were able to increase community interest in both the practice generally, and Dr. Hartman specifically. As a result of Dr. Hartman's partnership with His&HerANDERSON, he achieved his own base of patients in under two years and developed an overall increase in patients and profitability for the entire practice.
